William A. McNamara, MD, attended Georgetown University and received his medical degree in 1966. He served his orthopedic surgery residency at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC (1971). Dr. McNamara received board certification in orthopedic surgery from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Maryland Medical Society, and the Montgomery County Medical Society. In addition to his medical degree, Dr. William A.
